Larry’s bike has been running good with general maintenance. Last night he did work on his carburetor. It was running a bit rough or jerky. All’s good - he’s got all his miles and on the road today.
NOTE: when I say general maintenance, it still means they are wrenching until 9:00 pm at night These are long and tiring days. This is rider, Frank Westfall. He made the mistake of sitting down (approx 5:00 pm) and fell asleep in the middle of the parking. This is how all the riders feel.
Larry’s biggest challenge has been his keeping track of his oil (ie which tank the oil vs. gas goes in; too soon, Larry? Sorry - not sorry). Today he started pumping oil into the crank case he got distracted by someone and then forgot how many pumps he made. He had to drain the oil and start over. Go Larry Go!!
