As most of you have heard the guys made it to the finale. Larry held the team up with perfect miles; that’s not to say those miles were easy. They were well deserved and there were days that he wanted to quit. But clearly his teammates and support crew wouldn’t let that happen. The Butts brothers are not big revealers of their emotions but I could tell when he came to that checkered flag- it was all worth it.
Mike didn’t complete with all his miles but he was able to wrench the living crap out of his bike. Issue after issue he still was persistent on getting that bike to run. And persistence paid off because he got that thing to run, with the help of many other Cannonballers. The dedication Mike showed was incredible and it goes to show the knowledge and love for motorcycles he has.
