Leopard

I had retired early to my room last night; hot weather + walking boot + ace wrap + stitches = not fun. In reality I am doing a lot better than probably any of us expected at this point. 

I am came out to the bikes this morning… after walking a gruesome few blocks (or what felt like a few blocks). To my wonderful surprise Mike had “decorated” his bike with some of my leopard duct tape. Mike has been making fun of me since we started back in Michigan for all the Leopard duct tape I had added to Cruella. He would just roll his eyes at me. 

  

Mary bought me a hair binder (which I think made it’s way home with Cruella :( ) and a sleeping mask! Everyone knows the way to my heart. 

ANYWAY, I came down to the bikes and I kid you not…. MIKE PUT LEOPARD DUCT TAPE ON HIS MOTORCYCLE!!!! 

He used this to cover up this plastic (that they dumpster dove for) thing that’s covering his brakes from getting oil on them. I’ve heard you need brakes… (too soon?)

Now all we have to do is get La La Leopard to put some on his bike. Mike and Larry’s dad has named Larry La La Leopard because he LOVED wearing a leopard suit when he was a kid. 

Because they haven’t wanted my stitches to get wet since Sundays surgery- I have been sporting my leopard headband. 

I also taped up my old lady walker to give it some sass with some leopard tape. 

I’ve got a few ideas up my sleeve for La La Leopards bike.
